- What is the Hi LDV Connected App and how does it work?
The Hi LDV app is a connected smartphone app that lets you view and manage your vehicle's location and status on the go.
With Hi LDV, you can check your vehicle's location, fuel level, odometer and current lock/unlock status. You can even remotely lock and unlock your vehicle and turn on the climate control to your desired setting.
The Hi LDV app also allows you to create a travel plan by choosing a point of interest and creating a start and finish time, making it easier to plan for your next trip. - Which models are currently compatible with the Hi LDV Connected App?
Currently, only the Terron 9 is compatible with the Hi LDV app.
- How do I get started with the Hi LDV Connected App?

- What are Connected Services?
Connected Services refer to the online features and services available in select LDV vehicles.
Vehicles with Connected Services are equipped with an Audio Visual Navigation system ("AVN") and Telematic Box ("TBOX"). They provide functionality with the LDV smart device app and enable connected vehicle services to enhance the safety and security of the vehicle and your driving experience.
The AVN provides infotainment applications, such as the navigation and message centre functions. The TBOX facilitates network access for the vehicle and uploads data to the Telematics Service Platform.
When you use the AVN for the first time or download the app, we will ask if you want to enable all functionalities of the connected services system, including those that require data processing. Certain AVN functionalities that involve the processing of data can be enabled or disabled individually, while others may be subject to system limitations.
These Connected Services are provided by SAIC MAXUS Automotive Co Ltd whch is located outside of Australia. You can opt out of these connected services at any time.
